Hodox eSIM sells digital goods only. Every product is an eSIM data plan delivered electronically — there is no physical product and no physical shipment. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you.
1. Delivery method & timing
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, we provision your eSIM and deliver it electronically:
- Your eSIM QR code and activation details appear on the order confirmation screen and under My eSIMs, typically within a few minutes of purchase.
- Delivery is digital and instant — there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses.
- If provisioning is delayed, your eSIM will appear under My eSIMs shortly and you will be able to access the QR code there at any time.
2. Installation & activation
Install the eSIM by scanning the QR code (or entering the activation code manually) in your phone's Settings. We recommend installing before your trip on Wi-Fi and enabling the eSIM (with data roaming) when you arrive at your destination. Full instructions are provided with every order.
3. Refunds, returns & cancellation
Because eSIMs are digital and provisioned on purchase, our policy is:
- Not yet installed / activated: eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You can request a refund from the My eSIMs page or by emailing us.
- Installed or used: once an eSIM has been installed/activated or any data has been used, it is non-refundable, because the eSIM profile has been provisioned and consumed.
- Technical issues: if a verified technical problem (not device incompatibility) prevents activation, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or provide a refund.
- Top-ups are final and non-refundable once applied.
